We recognize
there is a level of trust on our guest’s part in paying us
in advance for our accommodation services. We strive to avoid
penalization where a cancellation is beyond a guest’s control.
We do our best to offer a credit towards future accommodation depending
on availability. |

Our cancellation
charges are as follows: |

Up to 15 days prior to arrival ~ No monies refunded
|

15 to 30 days prior to arrival ~ 50% of total
refunded
|
|||||||
30 to 45 days prior to arrival ~ No deposit
refunded

More than 45 days prior to arrival ~ All monies
refunded
|
|||||||
Please
note that all refunds will have banking/merchant fees deducted.
These can vary but are typically 5%. |

Our
payment and cancellation policy has been ratified by the Belize
Tourist Board who are a Government Agency that we are licensed through.
They afford both parties protection and will mediate any dispute
and/or listen to complaints. They have our cancellation
policy on record. |
